Manager’s Residence definition
Manager’s Residence means the single accommodation unit at the Facility which is provided by the Principal for use by the Resident Manager. Material means any form of material, including documents, reports, products, equipment, information, data and software. Modern Slavery Laws has the meaning in clause 23. Personnel means a party’s officers, employees, agents and contractors, excluding the Operator and its officers, employees, agents and contractors in the case of the Principal. Principal Assets has the meaning in clause 21.
Manager’s Residence has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.01(e) of this Agreement.
