Manager’s Obligations definition

Manager’s Obligations is defined in the recitals.
Manager’s Obligations shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

Examples of Manager’s Obligations in a sentence

  • At the expense of Manager, Personnel of Manager shall be charged with the performance of Manager’s Obligations under this Agreement and with the general supervision, direction and control of all other Personnel.

  • As its sole compensation and payment for the performance of Manager’s Obligations and duties under this Agreement, Manager shall be entitled to receive the fees set forth on the Fee Schedule attached as Exhibit C attached hereto and made a part hereof as well as any reimbursable amounts expressly provided for in this Agreement.

Related to Manager’s Obligations

  • Obligations means any principal, interest, penalties, fees, indemnifications, reimbursements, damages and other liabilities payable under the documentation governing any Indebtedness.

  • Obligation means any principal, interest, penalties, fees, indemnification, reimbursements, costs, expenses, damages and other liabilities payable under the documentation governing any Indebtedness.

  • Financial Obligation means a (i) debt obligation; (ii) derivative instrument entered into in connection with, or pledged as security or a source of payment for, an existing or planned debt obligation; or (iii) guarantee of (i) or (ii). The term Financial Obligation shall not include municipal securities as to which a final official statement has been provided to the MSRB consistent with the Rule.

  • General Conditions of Contract means the ‘Instructions to Tenderers’ and ‘General Conditions of Contract’ pertaining to the work for which above tenders have been called for.

  • Derivatives Obligations of any Person means all obligations of such Person in respect of any rate swap transaction, basis swap, forward rate transaction, commodity swap, commodity option, equity or equity index swap, equity or equity index option, bond option, interest rate option, foreign exchange transaction, cap transaction, floor transaction, collar transaction, currency swap transaction, cross-currency rate swap transaction, currency option or any other similar transaction (including any option with respect to any of the foregoing transactions) or any combination of the foregoing transactions.
