Managerial services definition
Managerial services means the provision of assistance to establish or improve management systems in such areas as per- sonnel, training, inventory control, production, strategic plan- ning, purchasing, distribution, facilities design and information systems related to a business start−up or expansion.
Managerial services means those services to be provided by Manager to QCN, Ltd. pursuant to the terms of this Agreement as described in Article III hereof.
Managerial services as per the dictionary means ‘of or relating to the function or responsibility or activity of management’
Examples of Managerial services in a sentence
Managerial services employees in this context means employees paid from salary schedule with the following exceptions.
Managerial services performed by the Servicer on behalf of the Issuer include providing related data processing and reporting services for noteholders of any Series and on behalf of the Indenture Trustee and performing certain services required pursuant to Sections 5.07, 9.05 and 9.06 of the Indenture.
