Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) means
Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) means Key Managerial Personnel as defined in sub-section (51) of section 2 of the Companies Act, 2013 i.e.-
Senior Management Personnel means, the personnel of the Company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors and KMPs, comprising of all members of management on level below the Executive Directors including the functional heads.
Personnel means persons hired by the Consultant or by any Subconsultant as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part thereof; “Foreign Personnel” means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile outside the Government’s country; “Local Personnel” means such persons who at

Medical personnel means a licensed physician employed by or contracted with the Assistance Provider or Medical Evacuation Provider to serve in a medical and administrative capacity as the head of the medical personnel employed by or contracted with the Assistance Provider.
Supervisors includes employees in other employee classifications who perform supervisory functions.
Senior Management means personnel of the Company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. This would include all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all the functional heads.
Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.
School personnel means professional employee or professional’s delegate of the school district who provides health, educational, social, psychological, law enforcement, or child care services.
Senior Management Team means (a) each Authorized Officer, the chief executive officer, secretary and (b) any chief executive officer, president, vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer or secretary of any Subsidiary Guarantor.
Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.
Management Control means the possession, directly or indirectly of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of the Concessionaire, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise or the power to elect or appoint more than 50% (fifty percent) of the directors, managers, partners or other individuals exercising similar authority with respect to the Concessionaire.
Operational means that the system or sensor, at the time of the event, is active or can be activated/deactivated by the driver.
High managerial agent means an officer of a nursing facility, the administrator and assistant administrator of the nursing facility, the director and assistant director of nursing services, or any other agent in a position of comparable authority with respect to the formulation of policies of the nursing facility or the supervision in a managerial capacity of subordinate employees.
Oversight means the term as it is defined in the Stewardship Agreement between CDOT and the FHWA.
Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;
Medical professional means a person who is licensed or certified to provide health care services to natural persons, including but not limited to a chiropractor, clinical dietitian, clinical psychologist, dentist, nurse, occupational therapist, optometrist, pharmacist, physical therapist, physician, podiatrist, psychiatric social worker, or speech-language pathologist.
Management Team shall include any executive officer, senior vice-president and vice-president of the Company and other employees of the Company nominated by the Chief Executive Officer and ratified by the Compensation Committee.
Consulting means the application of scientific principles and procedures in counseling and human development to provide assistance in understanding and solving current or potential problems that the client may have in relation to a third party, individuals, groups, and organizations.
Management Employee means an employee in a position having significant responsibilities for formulating district policies or administering district programs. Management positions shall be designated by the public school employer subject to review by the Public Employment Relations Board.
Operating Advisor Surveillance Personnel The divisions and individuals of the Operating Advisor who are involved in the performance of the duties of the Operating Advisor under this Agreement.
Senior Manager means each of Charles Roy Eitel, William S. Creekmuir, and Rhonda C. Rousch, and/or any other Persons designated by the Board as Senior Managers (collectively, the "Senior Managers").
Professional person means a mental health professional and also means a physician, registered nurse, and such others as may be defined in rules adopted by the secretary pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
Management means an activity inclusive of control and performed on a daily basis, by any person who is a principal executive officer of the company, by whatever name that person may be designated, and whether or not that person is a director.
Investor Relations Activities means any activities, by or on behalf of the Company or a shareholder of the Company, that promote or reasonably could be expected to promote the purchase or sale of securities of the Company, but does not include:
