Manager Fees definition

Manager Fees means, collectively, the Asset Management Fee, the Acquisition Fee, the Property Management Fee and the Capital Project Management Fee;
Manager Fees has the meaning attributed to it in the Management Agreement.
Manager Fees means the fee of 0.5% of the NAV of the Partnership payable to the Manager.

  • In the event an order is rejected, canceled or rescinded for any reason, Participating Dealer agrees to return to the Dealer Manager any selling commissions or Dealer Manager Fees theretofore paid with respect to such order, and, if Participating Dealer fails to so return any such selling commissions, the Dealer Manager shall have the right to offset amounts owed against future commissions or Dealer Manager Fees due and otherwise payable to Participating Dealer.

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of this Section XIII, the Dealer Manager and Participating Dealer shall not be required to contribute any amount by which the total amount of selling commissions and Dealer Manager Fees received by them exceeds the amount of any damages which the Dealer Manager and Participating Dealer have otherwise been required to pay by reason of any untrue or alleged untrue statement or omission or alleged omission.

  • Participating Dealer, in its sole discretion, may authorize Dealer Manager (or the Company as the agent of the Dealer Manager, as provided in the Dealer Manager Agreement) to deposit selling commissions, Dealer Manager Fees and other payments due to it pursuant to this Agreement directly to its bank account.

  • Participating Dealer acknowledges and agrees that no selling commissions or Dealer Manager Fees will be paid in respect of the sale of any DRIP Shares.


More Definitions of Manager Fees

Manager Fees is defined in Section 2.05(c).
Manager Fees means the fees payable to the Manager pursuant to the terms of the Borrower’s Operating Agreement.

Related to Manager Fees

  • Independent Manager Fee is defined in Section 4.01(a) of the LLC Agreement.

  • Arranger Fee means a fee charged by the Arranger in relation to each Series of ETP Securities, as modified by the Arranger from time to time, as set out in the Base Prospectus of the Issuer.

  • Broker Fee shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2(b)(v).

  • Provider fee means the consideration paid for a service contract.

  • Developer Fee means the fee earned by the Developer.

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • Securitization Fees means distributions or payments made directly or by means of discounts with respect to any participation interest issued or sold in connection with, and other fees paid to a Person that is not a Securitization Subsidiary in connection with, any Qualified Securitization Facility.
