Management TRA Representative definition
Management TRA Representative means [▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇] or such other person designated by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ as long as he holds an interest in the LLC or is entitled to payments under this Agreement and thereafter, that TRA Holder or committee of TRA Holders determined from time to time by a plurality vote of the Management TRA Holders ratably in accordance with their right to receive Early Termination Payments hereunder as if all TRA Holders had fully Exchanged their Units for Class A Common Stock and PubCo had exercised its right of early termination on the date of the most recent Exchange.
