Management Service Program definition

Management Service Program is the program provided by the Services provider that manages and assumes responsibility for providing a defined set of services. In this contract, Turris will manage all site equipment, which include: Repeaters, Antennas, Cables, Filters and manage all equipment found in this contract for the term of the contract. This does not include any physical damage to any equipment. Turris will also maintain all user gear equipment, including all necessary software upgrades to both user gear and site equipment. System software upgrades will be performed during the annual on-site preventative maintenance calls. End user gear software upgrades will be performed when equipment will be refreshed year 5. Sites will remain the customer’s responsibility and should be maintained to a certain level of industry-standard to allow Turris to provide the service the customer expects
