Management Server definition

Management Server is the central management component of the GoInfinit Backup environment. It coordinates and executes all Management Server operations, maintaining Microsoft SQL Server databases that contain all configuration, security, and operational history for the GoInfinit Backup environment.
Management Server means the centralised management system, aggregating and correlating the information gathered by the Sensors and provides a single point of reference to the Supplier for its monitoring, management, reporting and administration functions; "Manufacturer" means the original manufacturer or developer of the relevant Hardware; "Monitored Assets" means the Client’s Hardware and software systems that are monitored by the Supplier as part of a Service; "MSP Software" means the software (including related documentation and any future updates provided by the Supplier or the Manufacturer) that is used by the Supplier in the performance of the Cyber Security Services or that is provided by the Supplier for use by the Client as part of a Managed Service for which title to the software license remains with the Supplier or the Manufacturer and does not transfer to the Client (as opposed to software that is purchased by the Client as “Equipment”);
