This input is valuable to determine the suitability of the referral. Referrals have been an excellent and extremely dependable source for locating consultants. Because of our networking capabilities, we are able to identify and submit well-qualified and experienced referral candidates. As part of our screening process, KLC ensures the candidates’ resumes fulfill the Job Title Descriptions of our clients’ requirements. To facilitate this, we have created an electronic recruiting checklist. First, we review each requirement and extract the information important to the job and client. Second, we organize the requirement into a job requirement template similar to the one shown below. The candidate must list education, years of experience, and any comments in the corresponding columns provided on the template. Each candidate is asked to rank their skill level in each of the skills listed in the skills template. To be successful, the candidate’s level of education, years of experience, and skill level must meet or exceed those stipulated by our client in the RFQ. The candidate’s professional work experience listed in the resume is then evaluated to determine how well the candidate’s abilities and knowledge match the skills in the Skills Matrix. To proceed, candidates must have relevant experience matching the tasks in the requirement as well as the skills required by the client. The Resume and Skills Matrix must contain enough information to determine whether the candidate can perform the requirement tasks successfully.
