Management Incentive Plan Equity definition
Management Incentive Plan Equity means options to be issued pursuant to the Management Incentive Plan, which shall economically represent up to five percent of the value of the New Common Equity as of the Effective Date, on a fully-diluted basis, and which may be exercised when the equity value of Reorganized Holdings equals or exceeds $150,000,000.
Management Incentive Plan Equity means synthetic equity interests to be issued pursuant to the Management Incentive Plan, which shall economically represent up to 6 percent of the value of the New Common Stock in Reorganized Blackhawk as of the Effective Date, on a fully diluted basis.
