Executive Management means the CEO and the CFO for purposes of administering this Plan.

Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;
Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.
Pharmacy benefits management means the administration or management of prescription drug
Non-Management Director means any Person selected in accordance with Article IV of this Agreement who is not a Management Director.
Management Employee means an employee in a position having significant responsibilities for formulating district policies or administering district programs. Management positions shall be designated by the public school employer subject to review by the Public Employment Relations Board.
Team Leader means an employee who is in a set or team and who is generally responsible for the work executed by the employees comprising such set or team;
Executive Director means the executive director of the
Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.
Non-Executive Director Means any director who is not an Executive Director.
Chief Nursing Executive means the senior nurse employed by the Hospital who reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for nursing services provided in the Hospital;
Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.
Executive manager means an individual employed by a new motor vehicle dealer in an executive capacity and who has a written employment agreement with the dealer that includes a right for the executive manager to purchase a controlling interest in the dealership at a future time or on the death or incapacity of the dealer.
Executive Chairman means the Executive Chairman of the Board.
Management Group means at any time, the Chairman of the board of directors, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, any Managing Director, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President or Vice President, any Treasurer and any Secretary of Holdings or other executive officer of Holdings or any Subsidiary of Holdings at such time.
Executive Engineer “Superintending Engineer” and “Chief Engineer” used in the contract and the documents attached thereto, shall respectively be taken to include the terms “Deputy Director” “Director” and “Director General” or the holder of the corresponding posts in relation to the work.
Medical Executive Committee or “MEC” means the Executive Committee of the Medical Staff.
Pharmacy benefits manager means a person that performs pharmacy benefits management.
Executive Team means certain senior executives, including members of management covered by Rule 16(b) under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, designated by the Committee as the key executive management of the Company, CVI and CSI.
Management Director means a Person selected in accordance with Article IV of this Agreement who shall have the powers and duties to manage the business and affairs of the Company and exercise its powers to the extent set forth in this Agreement, the Certificate and the Act. Each Management Director shall be a “manager” of the Company within the meaning of the Act.
Senior Management Team means (a) each Authorized Officer, the chief executive officer, secretary and (b) any chief executive officer, president, vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer or secretary of any Subsidiary Guarantor.
Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.
Executive Mayor means the councillor elected as the executive mayor of the municipality in terms of section 55 of the Municipal Structures Act;
Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.
Executive means the individual named in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
