Management Division definition

Management Division shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.1.
Management Division. The Division within the Department of Human Resources which administers the provision of workers' compensation benefits as mandated by the State of California.
Management Division means the Southern Ute Division of Wildlife Resource Management.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program authority or "VSMP authority" means an authority approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, to operate a Virginia Stormwater Management Program.
