Examples of Management Discussion in a sentence

  • As part of the directors’ report or as an addition thereto, a Management Discussion and Analysis report should form part of the Annual Report to the shareholders.

  • Prepare appropriate management letter and coordinate production of Management Discussion and Analysis.

  • This applies throughout the year, but is particularly critical when annual or quarterly financial statements and Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) or regulatory filings are being prepared (e.g. regulatory filings, such as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Form 20-F).

  • The other information comprises the information included in the Management Discussion and Analysis, Board’s Report including Annexures to Board’s Report, Business Responsibility Report, Corporate Governance and Shareholder’s Information, but does not include the consolidated financial statements and our auditor’s report thereon.

  • Statement in this Management Discussion and analysis describing the Company’s objective, projection, estimates and expectations may be ‘forward looking statement’ within the meaning of applicable laws and regulations.

  • Management Discussion and Analysis is given in a separate section forming part of the Directors’ Report in this Annual Report.

  • Management Discussion and Analysis as stipulated under the Listing Regulations is presented in a separate section forming part of this Report.
