Examples of Management Consideration in a sentence

  • The Risk Management Consideration shall be allocated among the Shareholders in accordance with their percentage ownership interests as set forth on Schedule 4.2.

  • The Preferred Consideration, together with the Common Consideration, shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Company Stockholder Consideration” and, together with the Management Consideration (as defined below), the “Merger Consideration”).

  • The payment of the Management Consideration shall be subject to the priority of payments from the Operating Account as set forth in Section 4.3 below.
