Management Case means management projections at the time of investment, without any discount. “Base Case” means the Management Case discounted to reflect assumptions at the time of investment considered reasonable by TowerBrook for various value drivers such as growth rate, margins, and cash flow generation. An average base case return for a portfolio of investments is based on estimated returns weighted by committed capital.
