Management Board of the Apartment Building definition
Management Board of the Apartment Building or “Management Board” means the management board of the Apartment Building which is duly established in accordance with the laws of Vietnam;
Management Board of the Apartment Building means an organization convened by the Apartment Building Assembly and recognized by the People's Committee of the district where the Apartment Building is located under the provisions of law, including the representative of the Investor, representatives of the owners of the apartments and other legal owners, which are the representative organizations to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the owners in the course of using the Apartment Building.

Within 07 days from the establishment of the Management Board of the Apartment Building, the Seller shall be obliged to hand over such amount including the interest there on to the Management Board of the Apartment Building for the purpose of its management and use in accordance with laws.
