Managed Support Services definition

Managed Support Services means the services described as such in Schedule 1;
Managed Support Services means the Suppliers service desk support service, support calls services, remote 24/7 support services, dedicated onsite support services and any other managed support services as applicable to the Customer and as described and set out in more detail in the Service Order Form “Service Order Form” The final quote or proposal attached to the schedule
