Managed Services(MS) definition
Managed Services(MS) means Bidder should have owned Managed Service Center operational in India and must be performing managed services of ATMs including but not limited to 24 X 7 monitoring, call escalation, FLM, SLM, replacing consumables, housekeeping, EJ pulling, cash forecasting and cash replenishment etc.
