Managed Services Subscription definition

Managed Services Subscription means a type of subscription plan where Customer receives a Hardware Device as a part of its Subscription Services, which are provided as a single product offering to the Customer.

Examples of Managed Services Subscription in a sentence

  • For purposes of this Section 11.2 – Hardware Device Warranties, “Standard Warranty Period” means the one year period commencing on the date that a Hardware Device is shipped to the original customer and “Extended Warranty Period” means (a) if Customer has received a Hardware Device under a Managed Services Subscription, the Subscription Term; or (b) if Customer has purchased certain Subscription Plans which have an extended warranty in accordance with the applicable Documentation, the Subscription Term.

  • Fees for Managed Services Subscriptions purchased by Customer will be effective beginning on the shipping date of the applicable Hardware associated with the Managed Services Subscription.

  • During the Managed Services Subscription Term, we will provide you access to use our solutions and services as described in this Agreement and the applicable Order.

  • If Customer receives Hardware Device(s) under a Managed Services Subscription, within thirty (30) days from the expiration or termination of the applicable Subscription Term (the “Hardware Device Return Deadline”), Customer will return (at Customer’s expense) the Hardware Devices to BSM in good condition, less ordinary wear and tear, in accordance with BSM’s Return Policy then in effect.

  • Fees for these Consulting Services are in addition to your Managed Services Subscription Fee.

  • Unless the full amount has been paid, we may suspend your access to any or all of the Managed Services Subscription ten (10) days after such notice.

  • If Customer receives Hardware Device(s) under a Managed Services Subscription, title to the Hardware Devices will remain at all times with BSM.

  • The Managed Services Subscription Fee will remain fixed during the Subscription Term unless you: (i) subscribe for additional Users (ii) upgrade products or base packages, (iii) subscribe to additional features or products or (iv) unless otherwise agreed to in the Order.

  • The Managed Services Subscription Term will end on the expiration date and the subscription cannot be cancelled early.

  • When applicable, the Software Maintenance Services, Managed Services, Subscription Services and Hosting Services provided hereunder shall automatically renew for successive annual or monthly terms upon payment by Customer of a valid invoice for such applicable annual or monthly period.
