Examples of Managed Services Agreement in a sentence
Vendor agrees that all products and/or services equipped with hard disk drives (i.e. computers, telephones, printers, fax machines, scanners, multifunction devices, etc.) shall have the capability to securely erase data written to the hard drive prior to final disposition of such products and/or services, either at the end of the Customer’s Managed Services product’s useful life or the end of the related Customer Managed Services Agreement for such products and/ services, in accordance with 1 TAC 202.
The Supplier shall supply the Services to the Customer in accordance with the relevant Managed Services Agreement, and/or Specific Terms and Conditions as applicable.
Unless stated in any Managed Services Agreement or Specific Terms and Conditions the Supplier does not warrant that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
The Supplier shall provide technical assistance and training (which may incur a reasonable additional charge depending on requirements unless set out in any Managed Services Agreement or Specific Terms and Conditions) for the set-up and provision of the Services when reasonably requested to do so.
