Examples of Managed Service Fees in a sentence

  • Customer shall pay monthly managed service fees ("Monthly Managed Service Fees") in accordance with terms set forth in the Order Form.

  • These HEDI ratings shall be converted to a four point scale: Highly Effective = 4 points; Effective = 3 points; Developing = 2 points; and Ineffective = 1 point.
