Managed Markets definition

Managed Markets means the segments of the U.S. Healthcare system for the Licensed Product composed of managed market entities and institutional customers (e.g., pharmacy benefit managers, health plans, wholesale distributors, retail chains, long term care pharmacy providers, employers, the United States Government, and state and local governments).
