Managed Mandate definition

Managed Mandate means the authority that you give to us to render intermediary services of a discretionary nature in respect of your choice of a particular Financial Product and/or Financial Instrument. The Mandate types titled “Fully Managed Portfolio” and “Managed Portfolio that is tailored to your investment preferences and restrictions” in the Client Application Form are Managed Mandates;

  • Approved Manager means, in relation to a Ship, the Approved Commercial Manager or the Approved Technical Manager of that Ship.

  • Managed health care system means: (a) Any health care

  • Managed care entity means either a managed care organization licensed by the department of insurance (e.g., HMO or PHP) or a primary care case management program (i.e., MediPASS).

  • CAISO Approved Meter means a CAISO approved revenue quality meter or meters, CAISO approved data processing gateway or remote intelligence gateway, telemetering equipment and data acquisition services sufficient for monitoring, recording and reporting, in real time, all electric energy produced by the Generating Facility less Station Use.
