Examples of Managed Data Services in a sentence

  • CUSI shall provide Managed Data Services as part of the Azure platform and in accord with and subject to the applicable Azure terms and conditions available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇, including but not limited to the data use and privacy policies.

  • The Managed Data Services offered by CUSI are all subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, however, in the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the applicable Azure documentation, the Azure documentation shall control.

  • Residents agree that if the Leased Property has not been completely vacated upon expiration of the Lease Term, then Owner shall retain (as partial damages to Owner, and not as a penalty or forfeiture) the Residents’ respective security deposits, pro-rated to the date of complete evacuation, in addition to remaining liable for any other applicable payments, fees and charges under this Lease.

  • If purchased in a Sales Agreement, CUSI shall provide Managed Data Services as part of the Azure platform and in accord with and subject to the applicable Azure terms and conditions available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇, including but not limited to the data use and privacy policies.

  • The Hosting Services are not subject to any warranties, express, implied or statutory, regarding the Hosted Services, and CUSI expressly disclaims all other warranties, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, security, title and non-infringement of third party rights in connection with the Hosted Services, Availability and Support Services, and Managed Data Services.

  • CUSI shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Managed Data Services.

  • CUSI shall perform Managed Data Services at the level set forth in the Sales Agreement (if any), and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Data Management Agreement, if applicable, which shall be attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, if applicable.

  • Managed Data Services refers to the tasks handled by a third party to offload general tasks to experts to reduce costs and improve the service quality of an organization’s business.

  • Detailed descriptions of the Managed Data Services Solution’s milestones and deliverables are included in Section 2 - Schedule 1.

  • They are the foundation for the Managed Data Services Solution’s requirements, milestones, and test cases.
