Managed Data definition

Managed Data means data or information, associated with the Original Material or Banked Material, which, for the purposes of donor protection, is held by the EBE, Depositor or other third party in a secure data management system, access to which will be detailed in a specific data access agreement, outside of the terms of this EAUA, with the relevant holder;

  • The Hosting Services are not subject to any warranties, express, implied or statutory, regarding the Hosted Services, and CUSI expressly disclaims all other warranties, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, security, title and non-infringement of third party rights in connection with the Hosted Services, Availability and Support Services, and Managed Data Services.

  • CenturyLink will not waive Local Access Cancellation Charges for Relocations of DS3 or Ethernet Managed Data Bundles.

Related to Managed Data

  • Deidentified data means data that:

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • De-identified data means information that cannot reasonably be linked to an identified or identifiable individual.

  • Excluded Data means: (i) data that is classified, used on the U.S. Munitions list (including software and technical data); or both; (ii) articles, services, and related technical data designated as defense articles and defense services; (iii) ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) released data; and (iv) personally identifiable information that is subject to heightened security requirements as a result of Partner or End User’s internal policies or practices, industry-specific standards or by law.
