HCS shall have no further obligation to HFC with respect to any terminated or expired contract following the effective date of such termination or expiration, or on account of such termination or expiration, except that in the case of Customer Contracts with respect to each HFC Managed Customer Site, HCS shall continue to turn over all Non-Assigned Revenues received by HCS with respect thereto as provided herein.
