  • Each Managed Business Continuity service has its own capacities, retention policies and storage limits as defined on The Order.

  • So long as Owner remains employed with Buyer or one of its subsidiaries, Owner shall devote his full business time to the Managed Business and shall not render to others any service of any kind for compensation or engage in any activity which conflicts or interferes with the performance of his obligations to the Managed Business.

  • The Service and the Device or any Managed Business Solutions service, you are responsible for supplying, operating and supporting the Customer Premise Equipment for use with the Service.

  • This Agreement supersedes any prior agreements between you and Managed Business Solutions and any and all prior or contemporaneous statements, understandings, writings, commitments, or representations concerning its subject matter.

  • The cost for Services based on the usage by Customer and other variable factors shall be computed at the rates stated in the Service Quote and shall be payable monthly, using a cut-off date selected by Managed Business Solutions, in arrears, plus all applicable taxes, tariffs, governmental assessments, surcharges and fees (collectively, the “Usage Fee(s)”).
