Managed Aircraft means aircraft that are managed, maintained and/or operated by the Air Carriers or their Affiliates pursuant to Management Contracts during the Term.

Examples of Managed Aircraft in a sentence

  • The location, design and application of the decals on the Managed Aircraft shall be mutually agreed upon by the Parties and the owners of the Managed Aircraft.

  • The Air Carriers shall provide the Blade Parties with the economic terms and conditions of the Management Contracts and any terms that would permit, limit and/or restrict the potential operation of Blade Flights using Managed Aircraft, insofar as such terms and conditions are relevant to possible operations of the Managed Aircraft for the Blade Flights by the Air Carriers.

In addition, preclearance is exempt with Managed Accounts, however, all trades still require reporting and duplicate statements and confirmations are required to be sent to the Compliance Department. Preclearance is only exempt for trades initiated by the wrap manager. All trades initiated by the employee require preclearance.

  • New Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the Note Purchase Agreement.

  • Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.

  • Average Daily Managed Assets of the Fund shall mean the average daily value of the total assets of the Fund, less all accrued liabilities of the Fund (other than the aggregate amount of any outstanding borrowings constituting financial leverage). The Adviser may waive a portion of its fees. If this Agreement becomes effective subsequent to the first day of a month or shall terminate before the last day of a month, compensation for such month shall be computed in a manner consistent with the calculation of the fees payable on a monthly basis. Subject to the provisions of Section 5 below, the accrued fees will be payable monthly as promptly as possible after the end of each month during which this Agreement is in effect.

  • passenger vehicle means a motor vehicle (other than a motor cycle or invalid carriage) constructed solely for the carriage of passengers and their effects and adapted to carry not more than twelve passengers exclusive of the driver, and not drawing a trailer;
