In cases where the information is not readily accessible or is not provided on request, the matter may be referred to the MAMG.
The applicable period for a participant is the last to end of the following periods: (i) the period beginning with the first day of the plan year in which the participant attains age 32 and ending with the close of the plan year in which the participant attains age 35; (ii) a reasonable period ending after the individual becomes a participant; or (iii) a reasonable period after this Section 4.7 first applies to the participant.
The Customers and MAMG shall pay to the Metal Lender on or prior to the date of this Agreement an upfront fee in an amount set forth in the Letter Agreement.
Items which exceed the Committee’s budget or about which the Committee is not able to reach agreement will proceed to the MAMG for decision.
The Fee Committee and/or MAMG may establish working groups to provide advice on the Transitioning Programs and fee codes.
The eligibility criteria for this Grant in effect at the time of execution of this Agreement shall continue unless changed by MAMG.
