Malus fee definition
Malus fee means a charge imposed by a PRO on a participant producer for a covered material due to the adverse environmental or public health impacts of the covered material.

Base Fee means the amount of compensation mutually agreed upon for the completion of Basic Services.
L/C Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(i).
Access Fee means a fee prescribed for the purposes of section 22(6) or 54(6), as the case may be;
Closing Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.09(c).
Success Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11(d).
