Malicious Content definition

Malicious Content means viruses, worms, time bombs, Trojan horses and other harmful or malicious code, files, scripts, agents or programs.
Malicious Content means content of a profane or inappropriate manner including, but not limited to:
Malicious Content means any viruses, Malware, ransom ware, trojan horses, computer codes or any software or hardware designed to disrupt or destroy any operations partially or as a whole on the PRIN ICT network. This includes child pornography or illegal pyramid schemes or other illegal activities that can cause harm to other users or PRIN ICT on the network.

Examples of Malicious Content in a sentence

  • If ATB Financial permits the Client to use this Service to receive Funds Transfers sent by a third party into the Client’s designated Account, the content of any message or information contained in the Funds Transfer (including the Message Detail) may contain Malicious Content.

  • The Client is responsible for the contents of any messages or information sent or received using this Funds Transfer Service, including the Message Details, and is prohibited from sending or receiving a message or information that contains Malicious Content.

  • Without limiting any other provision of this Agreement, the Client discharges and releases ATB Financial from, and will indemnify and hold ATB Financial harmless for, any Claims arising in connection with this Funds Transfer Service, including as a result of any messages or information sent or received using this Funds Transfer Service, including if Malicious Content was transmitted in any Message Detail, or ATB Financial declining or returning a Funds Transfer.

  • If we permit you to receive Funds Transfers sent by a third party into your designated Account, the content of any message or information contained in the Funds Transfer (including the Message Detail) may contain Malicious Content.

  • You are responsible for the contents of any messages or information sent or received using this Funds Transfer service, including the Message Details, and you are prohibited from sending or receiving a message or information that contains Malicious Content.

  • Client is responsible for the contents of any messages or information sent or received in connection with Wire Instructions, including the Wire Message Details, and is prohibited from sending or receiving a message or information that contains Malicious Content.

  • Without limiting any other provision of this Agreement, you discharge and release us from, and will indemnify and hold us harmless for, any claims arising in connection with this Funds Transfer service, including as a result of any messages or information sent or received using this Funds Transfer service, including if Malicious Content was transmitted in any Message Detail, or our refusing or returning a Funds Transfer instruction.

  • Client agrees to discharge and release ATB Financial from, and indemnify and hold ATB Financial harmless from and against all claims arising from ATB Financial acting or declining to act upon or returning any Wire Instructions provided to ATB Financial in accordance with this Agreement, or as a result of any messages or information sent or received in connection with any Wire Instructions, including if Malicious Content was transmitted in the Wire Message Details.

Malicious Content means any virus(es), programme and any unauthorised software, material or data which threatens to overload, change, damage, corrupt or destroy any UKZN ICS resource(s).
Malicious Content means any downloadable software or malicious code, or content or links to web sites that contain content (or further links to content) which may be construed as illegal, unethical, defamatory, obscene, hateful, libelous, or that infringes upon the rights of any third party.
