Malai definition

Malai means the product rich in milk fat prepared by boiling and cooling of cow milk, buffalo milk or milk of any other species as defined under this regulation or a mixture thereof. It is characterized by presence of insoluble mass, principally fat and denatured protein, formed on heating and cooling of milk.
Malai in Japanese means either "Malay" or "Malaya."
