Make Whole Share means a share of Common Stock issued pursuant to the Make Whole Right.
Examples of Make Whole Share in a sentence
On the Forced Conversion Notice Date, the Company shall deliver to the Holder a written notice of its election to pay Make Whole hereunder on the applicable Forced Conversion Date either in cash, shares of Common Stock or a combination thereof and the Make Whole Share Amount as to the applicable Forced Conversion Date, which election shall be irrevocable as to such Forced Conversion Date.
