Make-up Plan definition

Make-up Plan means a plan whereby a bidder submits via the County’s web-based system its commitment that if awarded the contract, it will fulfill all or a portion of any pending Small Business Enterprise Architecture and Engineering makeup requirement and identify the certified CBE-A/E firm(s) to be utilized to fulfill the make- up requirement that is in excess of any SBE goal(s) required on the project, and the percentage, dollar value and description of the work that needs to be made up within the time frame specified by SBD.

Examples of Make-up Plan in a sentence

  • The operating expenses incurred during trial production shall be included in the operating costs of Party A Manufacturing Plant as well as the Loss Make-up Plan.

  • The fee for the manufacture of the Fury (EC6) vehicle by the main manufacturing line of Party A Manufacturing Plant during trial production shall be RMB[***] per vehicle (excluding tax), consisting of: (a) a processing fee of RMB[***] per vehicle (excluding tax), which will be accounted for in the Loss Make-up Plan, and (b) an additional cost of RMB[***] per vehicle (excluding tax), which will be accounted for separately from the Make-up Plan.

  • Such fees shall be accounted for separately from the Loss Make-up Plan and any tax and levy imposed thereupon shall be paid by Party B.
