Make Good Costs definition
Make Good Costs has the meaning set forth in Section 8.11(c).
Make Good Costs means the reasonable costs required to repair the Facility and return it to a clean, safe and useable area based on the repair of damage caused by the installation or removal of Flexion Manufacturing Equipment.

More Definitions of Make Good Costs
Make Good Costs means the reasonable costs required to repair the Facility and return it to a clean, safe and useable area based on the repair of damage caused by the installation or removal of Pacira Manufacturing Equipment.
Make Good Costs mean the reasonable costs of effecting repairs to the Vehicle to ensure that the Vehicle is in the same or a similar condition as at the Start Date, Fair Wear and Tear excepted. For the avoidance of doubt, Operator Default should be dealt with during the Lease Period before the return of the Vehicle at the End Date provided that there may be exceptions which shall be dealt with on a case by case basis;

Make Good Costs means in relation to the removal of a Luminaire from a pole or column, all reasonable costs and expenses (whether directly attributed or allocated in accordance with the AER’s Cost Allocation Guidelines) incurred in the removal of the Luminaire, including the removal and management of brackets, columns, cabling, wiring and other fittings. 20.1.34 Manufacturer’s Warranty and Manufacturer’s Warranty Period have the meanings given to those terms in Annexure B.1.

For the avoidance of doubt “Make Good Costs” do not include normal “wear and tear” during the Term of this Agreement or the First MSA;
