Majority Class B Purchasers definition
Majority Class B Purchasers means, at any time, Committed Purchasers having Commitments aggregating more than 51% of the Total Commitment.

Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default (other than an Event of Default described in Section 5.1(iii) or (iv) of the Indenture), the Administrative Agent may with the consent of the Majority Class B Purchasers, and, at the direction of the Majority Class B Purchasers, the Administrative Agent shall declare the Purchase Termination Date to have occurred, whereupon the Commitments of the Committed Purchasers, if any, hereunder shall terminate.
