Major Version Upgrade definition

Major Version Upgrade means a specific edition of the Software which (i) is similar to and is marked under the same product number and nomenclature as the Software, (ii) is designated by a change in the first digit to the left of the decimal point, and (iii) contains significant functionality changes or improvements.
Major Version Upgrade means an upgrade to a new version of the FusionCharts Software, as indicated by a change in version number to the left of the decimal point (eg. Version 3.0 to Version 4.0).
Major Version Upgrade means a significant change in the functionality of Express Ticket including its performance and user interface.

Major Version Upgrade means significant upgrade to the Software Programs including changing the version number (ie. from 4.0 to 5.0) and necessitating a reinstallation of the Software Programs;
