Major Structural Repairs definition

Major Structural Repairs means the repair or replacement of a Structural Component of the Event Centre that, if not completed, would result in a Major Structural Failure, as determined by: (i) any Building Condition Assessment; (ii) the Independent Engineer; or
Major Structural Repairs means repairs to the foundation, the supporting walls, the roof, the HVAC system and other building systems, the cost of which in any one case exceeds $75,000.00.

  • The Manager agrees that it shall undertake and complete all required maintenance, repairs and replacements recommended by each Building Condition Assessment (other than any Major Structural Repairs, which shall be addressed in accordance with Section 4.7 above) in accordance with the timeframes and the recommendations contained therein, and that such maintenance, repairs and replacements shall be included in the annual maintenance plan forming part of each Annual Plan.
