Major Route. ’ means a route described as a ‘‘Major Route’’ in the Coastal Ferry Services Contract (including Schedule ‘‘A’’ to that contract), but in any event including any route between two Major Ferry Terminal Properties.

After being given seven-days’ notice, an Operator not qualified on routes, as required in this AGREEMENT, may lose his/her daily guarantee and may not be permitted to work until s/he complies with the qualification requirements specified in this AGREEMENT.
