Major Round definition
Major Round means a series of matches played at the completion of The League’s Minor Round season to determine the premier Member Club in each Division of The League.
Major Round means the series of games played at the conclusion of the minor round to determine the winner of the overall competition.

Beginning on the third anniversary of the Date of the Closing of the Major Round of Financing and ending 90 days thereafter, the Optionee may sell, and the Company shall buy, all of the Stock issued pursuant to the Options for $20 per share (the "Redemption Right.")
