Major Roadways definition
Major Roadways means the streets which the College is obligated to construct as determined by the Master Traffic Study. Major Roadways include the street, gutter, curb, sidewalk, streetlights, traffic control devices, landscaping and/or amenity zones, storm drains, sewer facilities, trails, and all necessary appurtenances as required by the Northwest Campus Design Standards and this Agreement.

The ROW for all streets and roads shall be in accordance with the Regional Transportation Plan and the Development Standards, provided that for Major Roadways in the Project (other than Loop 337 and River Road) the City may require additional ROW to the extent such additional ROW is reflected on the City’s Regional Transportation Plan in effect on the Determining Date for the Sector Plan containing such streets or roads.
