Major remodel definition

Major remodel means the manipulation of an existing dwelling which includes the addition of a bedroom or new living space.
Major remodel means any remodel that involves two (2) or more of the following:
Major remodel means any alteration or addition of floor area to an existing building that is equal to or greater than 750 square feet.

Major remodel means the alteration of or an addition to an existing building or structure if any one of the following occurs at any time over a three-year period:
