Major Process Change definition

Major Process Change. As a minimum: i. Configuration changes have occurred (First Article Inspection applies only to the specific configuration changes) ii. The part is manufactured at a different facility. iii. There has been more than a 2 year lapse in production. iv. There has been a change in sub-tier suppliers. v. There has been a change in material. vi. There has been a major process change similar to any listed above that is planned or is being planned for implementation by any sub-tier supplier.

Examples of Major Process Change in a sentence

  • A subsequent First Article Inspection is required per ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s procedures, as a minimum, whenever there has been a Major Process Change.

  • The provisions of this Agreement are severable, and if any clause or provision shall be held invalid and unenforceable in whole or in part in any jurisdiction by a Court of competent jurisdiction, then such invalidity or unenforceability shall affect only such clause or provision, or part thereof, in such jurisdiction, and shall not in any manner affect such clause or provision in any other jurisdiction, or any other clause or provision of this Agreement in any jurisdiction.

  • If Silan wishes to make a Major Process Change it shall inform Sipex in writing at least ninety (90) days in advance of the proposed change setting forth the nature of the change and Silan's reasons for wanting to make such change and any anticipated changes to the manufacturing costs or price of a Sipex Product resulting from such Major Process Change.

  • A subsequent First Article Inspection is required per Battelle’s procedures, as a minimum, whenever there has been a Major Process Change.

  • A subsequent FAI is required per ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s procedures, at a minimum, whenever there has been a Major Process Change.

  • If Sipex does not respond in five (5) Business Days in accordance with the foregoing, the Major Process Change as described in the Silan notice shall be deemed approved.

  • If Sipex does respond within five (5) Business Days in accordance with the foregoing, Silan shall not make any Major Process Change unless it is approved by Sipex in writing.
