No Loan Party has executed and delivered or otherwise granted any mortgage in respect of the Major Premises or any other Real Property (owned or leased) in favor of the holders of the Senior Secured Debt.
The Loan Parties shall use their commercially reasonable efforts to deliver such an agreement as to each of the Major Premises and all of the items described in clause (d) above contemporaneously with the delivery of the Mortgages described in clause (b) above; provided, however, that in no event shall any Loan Party be required to incur any unreasonable expense, or agree to any significant increase in the lessee’s obligations thereunder, in order to obtain any lessor’s consent.

Borrower shall deliver copies of all such policies to Lender with a lender's loss payable endorsement naming Lender or Collateral Agent as sole loss payee with respect to the property located at the Major Premises or additional insured, as appropriate, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lender.
