Major Operator definition

Major Operator means a telecommunications service provider declared by the Authority to be a major operator for a particular form of interconnection;
Major Operator means an Operator that is required to operate 5 or more Operator Refund Points or more either under this Agreement and any other Refund Point Agreements.
