Major Nonconformity definition

Major Nonconformity means the absence of/or the ineffective implementation of one or more required system elements, or a situation which would, on the basis of objective evidence or evaluation, affect the Applicant’s Management System.

Examples of Major Nonconformity in a sentence

  • Recommendation for certification is made subject to successful closure of Major Non-conformity after the follow up audit.

  • Rejection (“Rejection”) of the Product can occur if a Major Non-conformity is mutually agreed to by both parties following Incoterms completion and as described in the QTA.
