Major Market means any of the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, and any two of the following: France, Spain, Germany and Italy.

Major Market Countries means the United States, Japan, England, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.
Major source means any stationary source (or any group of stationary sources that are located on one or more contiguous or adjacent properties, and are under common control of the same person [or persons under common control]) belonging to a single major industrial grouping and that are described in subsection (A), (B), or (C) of this definition. For the purposes of defining “major source,” a stationary source or group of stationary sources shall be considered part of a single industrial grouping if all of the pollutant emitting activities at such source or group of sources on contiguous or adjacent properties belong to the same Major Group (i.e., all have the same two-digit code) as described in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1987.
Major Work means any Work to Construct or Maintain the Distribution System that costs more than One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars;
Major Market Country means one or more of the following: Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States of America.
Major Change means: The implementation of a change that could have an effect on the security of an IT Resource or Institutional Information. The scope includes changes to architectures, processes, tools, metrics, and documentation, as well as changes to IT services and other configuration items. These include changes related to:
Major project means a project comprising of a series of works, activities or services which is intended, in itself, to accomplish a definite and indivisible task of a precise economic or technical nature, which has clearly identified goals and whose total cost exceeds that which is specified in the Framework Agreement;
Major Event means an event which is likely to pose a serious risk to public health in relation to medicinal products in more than one Member States. Such an event concerns a deadly threat or otherwise serious threat to health of biological, chemical, environmental or other origin or incident that can affect the supply or quality, safety, and efficacy of medicinal products. Such an event may lead to shortages of medicinal products in more than one Member State and necessitates urgent coordination at Union level in order to ensure a high level of human health protection.
Major modification means any physical change in or change in the method of operation of a major stationary source that would result in a significant emissions increase of a regulated NSR pollutant and a significant net emissions increase of that pollutant from the major stationary source.
Major EU Country means France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.
Major Supplier means a supplier which has the ability to materially affect the terms of participation (having regard to price and supply) in the relevant market for basic telecommunications services as a result of:
PAL major modification means, notwithstanding the definitions for major modification in 326 IAC 2-3-1(z) and net emissions increase in 326 IAC 2-3-1(dd), any physical change in or change in the method of operation of the PAL source that causes it to emit the PAL pollutant at a level equal to or greater than the PAL.
Major Countries means Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, United Kingdom and the United States.
MAA Approval means approval of an MAA by the applicable Regulatory Authority for marketing and sale of a Product in the Collaborator Territory, but excluding any Pricing and Reimbursement Approval.

Initial approval means authorization to admit students and enter into contractual agreements for clinical facilities. First Indication means the first disease condition for which a particular Licensed Product has been approved by a Regulatory Authority.
Original Product means the product from which You are upgrading. You are authorized to use the Software only if You are the authorized user of the Original Product and You may use the Software to replace Your licensed unit count of the Original Product on a one-for-one basis, not exceeding the authorized licensed unit count for the Original Software. This Agreement shall replace and govern any license agreement for the surviving units of Original Product. This Agreement is specific to the Software (by product and version) that it accompanies, and You may not re-allocate Your Software licensed unit count to another product or version except under express written permission from Licensor. Maintenance and Support. Licensor has no obligation to provide support unless You purchase an offering that expressly includes support services. If You make such a purchase and no separate agreement specifically applies to the support services, then the terms of this Agreement will govern the provision of such support services (“Services”).
