Major Mechanical definition

Major Mechanical means HVAC systems (including HVAC boilers, HVAC chillers, HVAC controls and HVAC water towers), elevators, electrical switch gears and life safety generators. “Major Mechanical” does not include plumbing (drains, pipes, fixtures), lighting, doors, windows, fire alarm systems and any Non-Standard Building Installations.
