Major Malfunction definition

Major Malfunction is defined as when the Equipment is incapable of performing either sterilization cycles or the destruction process (if applicable), or any other Equipment failure effecting the operating functions of the Participating ARAMARK Client. Aduromed will respond to ARAMARK and the Participating ARAMARK Client within 24 hours after Aduromed receives a request for Corrective Maintenance due to a Major Malfunction, and will complete such repairs as soon as practicable thereafter.
Major Malfunction means the failure of the host computer for the Project to function in accordance with the Project user manual or the failure of all terminals or workstations at a County Project site to function in accordance with the Project user manual in such a manner as to render the Project host or Project site effectively unusable.

  • Aduromed will respond to ARAMARK and the Participating ARAMARK Client within 24 hours after Aduromed receives a request for Corrective Maintenance due to a Major Malfunction, and will complete such repairs as soon as practicable thereafter.

  • Minor Malfunction" is defined as any Equipment malfunction other than a Major Malfunction.

  • If on-site diagnosis or service is necessary for a Major Malfunction, then Contractor will use its best efforts to arrange for such diagnosis or service to take place by a Contractor authorized representative within six hours after a determination is made that it is necessary.

  • Contractor shall use its best efforts to respond to a Major Malfunction within thirty (30) minutes via telephone.

  • If Customer requests that Maintenance for any problem, including a Major Malfunction, be performed after normal business hours, Customer will pay Call One the then current overtime hourly rate with a minimum of two hours’ service charge.

  • If Customer informs Call One of a Major Malfunction (defined as: (i) no incoming or outgoing telephone service, (ii) less than fifty percent of the stations within the telephone system are able to make station to station calls, (iii) primary attendant console is unable to answer and/or transfer calls, or (iv) fifty percent or more of the C.O. trunks and/or stations are inoperable) of the Equipment (defined below), Call One’s policy is to immediately assess the problem remotely.

  • Contractor will attempt to correct as soon as possible errors, which cause a Major Malfunction or materially restrict the full use of the Software when used in accordance with its user manual.
