Major Infraction definition
Major Infraction means a material or substantial deviation for acceptable behavior or stated student expectations which occurs while the student is engaged in the extracurricular or co-curricular activity, including but not limited to insubordination toward or non-compliance with the person in charge of the activity, verbal or physical abuse (hazing, fighting), refusal of a student to identify him/herself to school personnel upon request.
Major Infraction. - means all infractions of the most serious nature and is subject to discipline by the Team NWT Discipline Committee.
Major Infraction means any incident of Discrimination, Harassment or Maltreatment or another breach of any CAS, PTSO or Affiliated Organization Policy or other incident of misconduct that is not determined by the applicable Organization’s Complaint Triage Officer to constitute a Minor Infraction. Major Infractions are behaviours more severe than Minor Infractions that may result in significant harm or aggravating consequences;
Examples of Major Infraction in a sentence
Major Infraction – has serious impact on the athlete, other athletes or individuals and/or the program as a whole Minor Infraction – has limited impact on the athlete, other athletes or individuals and/or the program as a whole.
